L. (Dunham) Glover, 79, of Hastings went home to be with the Lord on Thursday July 14, 2022 at home with her children by her side. Linda was born in Syracuse, NY on September 13, 1942 to Milton L. Dunham and Katherine “Virginia” Bundy. She was a 1960 graduate of Central Square High School. Linda worked at Barlow/Johnson Inc. advertising and public relations agency in the 60’s in Syracuse, General Electric in the 60’s and 70’s in Syracuse, Deputy Town Clerk for the Town of Schroeppel in the early 90’s and Sears in Clay during the mid to late 90’s as an Executive Secretary before enjoying her retirement in 2000. Linda served on the Republican Committee for the Town of Schroeppel during the 1990’s and enjoyed serving on the Altar Ministry at the Abundant Life Christian Center during the mid 2000’s. She enjoyed spending time with family, cooking, playing card and board games, her three dogs Molly, Marguerite and Isabella and especially loved the Adirondack Mountains. She is predeceased by her husband Harry J Glover Jr., mother Katherine “Virginia” Bundy and father Milton L. Dunham. Linda is survived by her three children Melissa (Todd) Spink, Scott (Kristie) Shanahan, Lance (Tierra) Glover; sister Lori (John) Lybrook; nephews James McManammy and Lawrence (Kristen) Lybrook, grandchildren Scott Spink (Christopher O’Bryan), Kevin (Tiffany) Spink, Maggie Shanahan and Kari Shanahan; and great-grandchildren Lilith Spink and Nora Spink. Calling hours will be Tuesday July 19, 2022 at Watson Funeral Home 631 S. Main St., Central Square from 10AM to Noon with service and burial at Hillside Cemetery in Central Square to follow at Noon. A celebration of life reception will be held immediately following burial (approximately 1:30PM) at the Central Square Fire Station on N. Main St., Central Square.
